1. What is Phytix?
Phytix is a lighting brand focused on wireless, rechargeable lamps for homes, restaurants, cafés, and hotels. Our goal is to make good lighting easier to place, easier to charge, and easier to enjoy—without messy cables or complicated installation.

All of them are designed to be easy to place and move, with built-in batteries and simple charging.
3. Are the lamps cordless? How are they powered?
Yes, our lamps are cordless in daily use. They have built-in rechargeable batteries. You simply charge them with the included USB-C cable (or the charging base, depending on the model), then place them anywhere you like.
4. How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Battery life depends on the model and brightness level. In most cases, our lamps last 8–20 hours on a full charge. If you use a lower brightness setting, the runtime will be longer. Please refer to each product page for the typical battery life of that specific model.
5. Are your lamps dimmable?
Most Phytix lamps support dimming and/or different light modes (for example warm / neutral / cool white). You can usually adjust brightness by touching or pressing the control on the lamp head or base. Please check the product description for the exact functions of each model.
6. Are your lamps suitable for outdoor use?
Some models are splash-resistant and suitable for covered outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, or restaurant patios. Unless a product is clearly marked with an IP rating (for example IP44 or IP65), we recommend indoor or sheltered use only and avoiding heavy rain or long-term exposure to moisture.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. The available regions and any specific conditions may vary, so please refer to the latest information on our Shipping or Checkout page.
8. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. After shipment, most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the local carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your Phytix product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in resellable condition and follows our Refund & Return Policy. Please contact our support team before sending anything back so we can help you with the process.
10. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Phytix lamps include a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
11. My lamp is not working properly. What should I do?
First, please try a few basic steps: fully charge the lamp, check the power switch, and test different brightness levels or modes. If the problem remains, take a short video and contact our support team with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue. We will help you troubleshoot or arrange a suitable solution in line with our warranty and return policy.
12. Can I use Phytix lamps in restaurants, cafés, or hotels?
Absolutely. Many of our designs are created with hospitality spaces in mind—such as restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutique hotels. Cordless table lamps keep tabletops clean and easy to rearrange, while wireless wall lights reduce wiring work during renovation.
