Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, packing slip, etc.).
  • All returns must be approved in advance. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@phytix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligible full-price items will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Sale or promotional items are eligible for store credit only (no refunds).
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective or incorrect upon arrival):

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items (store credit only)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@phytix.com and include clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Full-price orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.
  • Sale or promotional orders may be cancelled within the same timeframe for store credit only.

8. Pre-order Items

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items will be shipped within the estimated timeframe indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Pre-order items can be modified or cancelled before shipment. A refund will be issued upon cancellation (store credit for sale/promo orders).
  • Once shipped, pre-order items follow the same return and refund policy as regular orders.
  • If there are any supply chain delays or changes to the estimated shipping date, we will notify you. You may choose to continue waiting or request a cancellation.

9. International / EU Orders

If your order ships to the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer law, including the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item (cooling-off period). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

10. Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds to the original payment method typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • Store credit is issued immediately.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

11. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
